Since the creation of the brand, MARGOT VII has always valued the work of young workers and also given everyone the opportunity to propose ideas and make their voice heard.

A unique apprenticeship

Having been received by the Minister of Labor on October 22, Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet for a conference on the discovery of the new communication campaign of the Ministry of Labor and Employment. MARGOT VII was able to exchange between professionals on the importance of apprenticeship in a company for young students. The brand has always wanted to highlight its know-how as well as its creations in order to transmit its notions and knowledge to young employees. The principle of alternation is based on a training system that combines periods of theoretical teaching in a training establishment (school, apprentice training center, university) and periods of work in a company. This model aims to offer practical and concrete training to learners, while meeting the skills needs of companies and thus allows young students to acquire experience while studying. Today, the French Ministry of Labor regularly conducts communication campaigns to promote apprenticeships, an essential path for the professional integration of young people and the training of skilled workers adapted to the needs of the labor market. The campaigns generally highlight the advantages of apprenticeships: acquisition of concrete skills in a professional environment, better employability, paid training and often the possibility of obtaining a diploma or a recognized qualification. The ministry targets several audiences, including young people, their families, employers and training institutions. These initiatives include television, radio and internet advertising spots to promote the testimonies of young apprentices and companies. Social media campaigns to reach a young audience with testimonials, immersive videos and practical information. The objective is to strengthen the attractiveness of this sector, to combat preconceived ideas, and to mobilize economic actors so that they participate in the training of tomorrow's talents.

A competition of knowledge

During this conference, the WorldSkills Competition was mentioned by Florence Poivey who is the president of this competition, it is the largest international event promoting trades and skills. Every two years, young professionals under 23 years old, from various countries, come together to demonstrate their know-how in more than 50 different trades ranging from crafts, industry to services. The competitions cover fields such as construction, information technology, creative arts, mechanical trades, hairdressing, cooking, and many others. The objective of WorldSkills is to promote excellence and professional training, to value talents and to reinforce quality standards in technical trades. The event also contributes to inspiring young people and to raising the recognition of professional sectors at a global level. National and regional events often precede the international competition to select the best participants in each country. MARGOT VII is a committed French brand that advocates these ideas and wishes to help young people in their future professional integration.
